Classes are designed to give students an opportunity to explore Biblical concepts that relate to the pressures facing high school youth today. Classrooms are located in the Lighthouse. Our curriculum continually expands on Biblical truths, building upon the foundation laid each previous year as development occurs. The Elementary Sunday School classes meet in various rooms in the educational wing of the main church building and in the Family Life Center. 5th and 6th Grade - Christian Investigation Association (CIA) 3rd and 4th Grade 1st and 2nd Grade Pre-School (Ages 1-5 year olds)
Students are placed by birthdates in order for them to establish friendships with the peer group with whom they will begin public school. These children are provided a warm, loving atmosphere in which they are introduced to the basic concept that God loves them. The Pre-school area is located in the education wing of the main church building. 4 and 5 years and Kindergarten 2 and 3 year-olds NurseryNursery facilities are provided during Sunday school and both morning worship services, and on other special occasions or church activities. During the morning worship service, an extended session is offered for children through kindergarten. Some parents take their children into the sanctuary to be involved in the pastor's Children's Sermon. They then return to their designated rooms where the curriculum is age-appropriate. |
